SUGARWRLD is our first IRL event of 2026 to celebrate our new launch! It will be a morning of photo ops, free games, rides, giveaways, food and snacks, and hosted by our co-founder Salish Matter. Every guest will receive two free full sized Sincerely Yours products and many other goodies!

Saturday, May 30, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST.

Come early if you’d like a good spot in line. Doors open at 9AM. The venue requests that no lines are formed prior to 8:00AM. Note that the areas surrounding the venue are public spaces and are not part of the brand’s event. You may opt to wait in these public areas prior to the starting of the line at 8:00AM.

Los Angeles, CA. The exact location will be revealed closer to the event date. Look out for an email directly from us and RSVPify with event location details.  There will be tons of freebies like our brand new lip gloss balms, gift bags, and SY product samples for every attendee! 

Yes. SUGARWRLD is a free but ticketed event and tickets are limited. A valid email confirmation is required at entrance to receive your event wristbands. Tickets are free! You can register for your spot through a link that will be sent out to everyone on the Sincerely Yours email list.

No. Because the venue has limited capacity, we will not be giving away or selling tickets on-site. Tickets can be reserved free-of-charge through our e-mail list. If tickets are sold out, you can join the waitlist for an opportunity to be offered tickets should spots become available.

If tickets become available we will reach out to those who are on the waitlist to offer them a ticket. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We will continue offering tickets to waitlisted individuals up until the first hour of the event as more space becomes available. We will be following the order of the waitlist for this.

The venue requests that no lines are formed prior to 8:00AM based on local enforcement requirements. Note that the areas surrounding the venue are public spaces and are not part of the brand’s event. You may opt to wait in these public areas prior to the starting of the line at 8:00AM.

You’re welcome to join us any time between 9AM and 12:00 PM. Please note that some activations, freebies, and merch are first come, first served, so the earlier you arrive, the better.

This event is fully outdoors! Please ensure you dress for the weather that day (bring hats and SPF etc.) as the location will have sun exposure! This event is rain or shine!

At 12:00PM our event is officially over and the location becomes open to the public for the rest of the day. We are required to remove all event elements that obstruct the normal operations of the location, but you are welcome to stay and enjoy for the rest of the day. You have unlimited ride access all day, just show your wristband!

No! You are more than welcome to stay for the rest of the day at the location as it is open for normal operations. You have unlimited rides all of Saturday, your event wristband gives you free access. Our merch store will stay open for the rest of the day (or until we sell out), so come by to pick up some SY merch if you weren’t able to do so during the event!

No. Tickets are not transferable. Parents, guardians, and age 16+ ticketholders must show a proof of ID at the door. The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket in order to receive a wristband for safety and admission management. 

If you are no longer able to attend after obtaining a ticket, please decline your ticket on our site. Note that anyone under the age of 16 will still need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to be admitted.

Yes, we allow 4 tickets per email address

Entry to the event along with unlimited access to rides and activations within the event, a game card, freebies, snacks, and photo moments! 

Yes! Entry into the event is free as well as all of the rides and carnival games inside. Merch and additional food will be for sale.

• Yes, if you are unable to attend after receiving a ticket, you may cancel your attendance and your ticket will be allotted to someone on the waitlist. 
• Tickets are non-transferrable. 

No! We welcome attendees of all ages! Each ride has individual requirements for height. Please see signage for each ride for more details.

Please note: Attendees 16 and under will need to be accompanied by an adult. 

The venue itself and the games are accessible. We encourage you to use your judgment on the rides and only embark on the rides if you feel comfortable with the setup.  

The event will be happening rain or shine as long as it is safe! If the weather becomes severe and could impact the safety of our attendees we will take the necessary precautions that may include pausing electronic rides in accordance with safety regulations. We will communicate with attendees clearly if any weather issues arise. 

Yes there are public restrooms for all attendees.

We recommend rideshare (Uber or Lyft) to skip the parking stress and get dropped right at the event.

There is a small amount of public parking right next to the venue, plus a few parking garages in the surrounding area. Due to the increase in traffic, we anticipate that rideshare or public transportation will be the most efficient way to get to the event in a timely manner.

Yes! Salish will be at SUGARWRLD the entire time and is so excited to see everyone. She’ll attempt to interact with as many guests as possible. We can’t promise a one-on-one moment for every guest,  but she’s planning to make her way around and spend real time with the community.

Yes! Jordan will be at the event the entire time as well, and will be looking to connect with the community as much as he can.

Yes. We’ll have free small bites, snacks, and candy for everyone. Additional food will be available for purchase if you plan on staying for a heartier lunch.

We will provide individually-sealed options with clearly marked ingredients in addition to freshly-prepared snacks. On-site food vendors will also have options with clearly-marked ingredients and can provide more information about the exact inclusions in their offerings. For any specific needs, please refer to information on packaging prior to consumption. We also allow outside food to be brought in to suit individual needs.

Yes! We will be selling our brand new limited edition hoodie at our merch shop. Along with other great SY merch and our SY gift set. Quantities are limited, so if you see something you love, don’t wait.

We won’t have full size products for sale at the event, but we will be giving away tons of freebies at the event. If you are interested in purchasing a full-sized item, we will have Sincerely Yours brand representatives present and ready to help at the nearest Sephora store (walkable within .7 miles). As a bonus, we will be running a Gift With Purchase promotion the day of the event at that local Sephora store only.

No, there will not be a bag or coat check, so please only bring what you’re comfortable carrying for the full event. We recommend packing light.

• Small purses and bags are allowed no larger than 24" x 15" x 18"
• NO large backpacks

Yes, all attendees will be required to go through a security checkpoint, including bag check and a metal detector.
