We want you to love your order but if something didn’t work out, no worries. For orders within the US, you can return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds (minus a $7 return processing and shipping fee) will be issued to your original payment method 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Unfortunately, we can't offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the US at this time. Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable. If something arrives damaged or you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us at care@sincerely-yours.com.
