How can I track my shipment?

What are your shipping costs? Do you offer free shipping?

Sincerely Yours orders over $30 ship free with standard shipping!

Where do you ship? Any international shipping?

We ship to all 50 states within the U.S. — international shipping coming soon. 💌

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from our team. Fulfillment typically takes 24-48 hours, followed by an additional 1-3 business days for delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return & exchange policy?

You can return unused unopened items within 30 days of delivery. 

How do I start a return or exchange?

Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and download a prepaid shipping label.

How long until I get a refund?

Refunds (minus a $3 return processing fee) will be issued to your original payment method 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect shape. Please send us a photo of the damage along with your order number. Once we have that, we can get a replacement out to you or arrange a refund.

I bought your product at Sephora. Can I return it on your website?

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for items purchased at Sephora. Please return the product directly to your Sephora store or through Sephora.com according to their return policy.

What is Subscribe & Save and how do I sign up?

With Subscribe & Save, you save 10% on every order. If you love our products, it's a great way to save every time.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel anytime?

You can cancel anytime, no questions asked. You are also able to change your frequency if you find you need to.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Do you offer gift cards? How can I redeem them?

Sincerely Yours digital gift cards are available for purchase directly on our website sincerely-yours.com.

Are gift card purchases refundable or exchangeable?

Gift cards are non-refundable.

What promotions do you offer?

Sign up for our email list and receive 10% off your first purchase. Your unique code will be emailed to you after signup. We also recommend sending a Glow Gram, a perfect way to share Sincerely Yours with your friends.

How do I apply promo codes?

Enter your promo code in the discount code field during checkout, just before payment. Once applied, the discount will be reflected in your order total. If you're checking out on a mobile device, tap “Show order summary” to reveal the discount code field. 

If you’re having trouble applying your discount code, send us a message with the code info. We’re here for you!

Can I use a promo code on a Glow Gram?

No—Glow Grams are already a special gesture and are not eligible for additional discounts.

Can I combine promotions?

Sorry—promotions and discount codes can’t be stacked.

Are there restrictions or expiry dates on offers?

Yes, you can find the details in the fine print on your promotional email or on our Terms & Conditions page.

Glow Grams

Is the Glow Gram product the same as the full-size version?

Glow Grams are sample sizes of the full-size version, meant for you to send to your friends, so they can also discover our amazing brand/products.

What is a Glow Gram?

A Glow Gram is a fun way to send a free sample to a friend—with a personalized note from you. Think of it as a mix between a gift and a referral.

How does it work?

Step 1: You fill out a short form with your info and your friend’s

Step 2: Add a quick note (we provide a pre-written one too)

Step 3: We pack and ship the Glow Gram straight to them!

Can anyone send a Glow Gram?

Yes—customers and fans can each send up to 5 Glow Grams. Just fill out the form and follow the steps.

What’s inside a Glow Gram?

Each Glow Gram includes:

- 1x sample product

- 1x cute postcard with your personalized message

- A special packing slip with the note inside

Can I customize the message?

Yes! We offer a default message, but you can personalize it (up to 250 characters).

Will my friend have to pay anything?

Nope—it’s 100% free to them. You’re sharing a product you love, and we’re covering the rest.

What happens after I send one?

Your friend gets an email or text from us with a link to claim their Glow Gram and enter their shipping info.

Will they be added to your marketing list?

Yes, both sender and recipient will be subscribed to our emails/texts—but you can unsubscribe at any time.

Can I track the Glow Grams I’ve sent?

Not right now, but stay tuned—future versions may include send history and more.
