This product is formulated to hydrate and rebalance all skin types and safe for sensitive skin. If you have dry skin, it gently exfoliates to create a smoother canvas so your moisturizer and other products can work more effectively. If you have oily or congestion-prone skin, you'll love the balance it brings back to skin. Plus it's non-comedogenic, so it won't clog pores.

Clear Intentions Essential Toner is designed for ages 13 and up. It's made for a phase of development where skin may become more prone to excess oil, congestion, and the occasional breakout, with a hydrating, gentle, barrier-supporting formula designed by our medical advisory board of dermatologists.

• This product is formulated for ages 13+, but everyone's skin develops differently. Our medical advisory board-approved formula includes a low, yet effective level of salicylic acid (0.25%, below the typical 1-2% range) to be gentle and appropriate for younger, developing skin.

• If your child is 10–12 and curious about trying it, we recommend starting with a patch test, then introducing it slowly (every other day, with your supervision) and only building up frequency if their skin stays comfortable. When in doubt, consult a dermatologist or pediatrician.

Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait a minimum of a few hours, checking for redness, itching, or irritation. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend repeating a patch test over several days. If skin stays comfortable, introduce it to your face starting every other day. If you notice any irritation, pause use and check in with a dermatologist or pediatrician.
